The Patent Office of Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) is a regional office specialized in the field of patents and it was established in 1992 with the aim of implementing patent law of the GCC which is admitted by the supreme council in 1992. This law aims at protecting patent applications filed at the office from the GCC states and through granting patents protected in all GCC members.
The office was established to help inventors with their inventions and innovations; in addition to, their publications.
