What is patent specification?

Patent specification is a detailed section of a patent application which an inventor discloses the details of the invention. Drafting a proper and complete Patent specification has an immediate effect on the likelihood of successfully receiving a patent. A patent specification should be drafted in a way to enable a person ordinarily skilled in the art to understand the invention. As it contains specific details, a patent specification is generally full of both technical and legal jargon. https://www.wipo.int/edocs/pubdocs/en/patents/867/wipo_pub_867.pdf
